Pricing & Return Policy

Pricing and availability is subject to change due to fluctuations in market conditions. Quantities shown on hand are as of one day prior. Please contact your local store to verify pricing and availability. South End Timbermart reserves the right to adjust orders submitted online for current market conditions and delivery charges. Once an order is submitted, if there are any changes made the customer will receive an email back with the changes. If for some reason there is an issue with the inventory available, someone from our store will contact you to provide additional information about your online purchase.



All applicable delivery fees and taxes will be added to the price during the checkout process. All delivery charges are non-refundable after order is delivered. After submitting your online order you will receive a confirmation email. Please note your card will not be charged until your order is either picked up or delivered. Please note an email confirmation of your order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to limit quantities as needed. 

We offer delivery from both our Brandon and Carberry location. Our delivery fee is calculated based on postal codes in Manitoba. Delivery dates availability vary by location and will be confirmed after we receive the order.

Please contact our store within one day if your order arrives damaged. All returns will be processed if the item(s) being returned are received at one of our locations within 90 days of delivery date in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Any purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.



If you need to cancel an order please contact the store the order was placed with and reference the order number included in your email confirmation.



Please note some items ordered online are special orders and are non-returnable. In some cases, a restocking fee will apply if the product is returnable. Please contact our store at (204) 728-1570 regarding any questions with returns.
